At Chimney Hub Expert, we are committed to providing transparent and reliable services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and service changes are handled.

1. Service Cancellation by Customer

  • Customers can cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 2 hours before the scheduled time at no extra cost.
  • Cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment time may incur a visit/inspection charge.
  • If the customer is unavailable at the location during the scheduled visit, the service may be marked as canceled.

2. Service Cancellation by Chimney Hub Expert

We may cancel or reschedule a service due to:

  • Technician unavailability
  • Unforeseen delays or emergencies
  • Incorrect customer address or unreachable contact number

In such cases, customers will be informed in advance and a new time slot will be provided.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only when payment has been collected but the service could not be provided due to our technical or operational issues.
  • No refunds are applicable once the service has been completed.
  • If any part or spare was purchased for your appliance and it is found defective, only the part will be replaced, not refunded.

4. Advance Payments

  • If the customer has paid an advance, it is fully refundable only if the cancellation is made at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Advance payments are non-refundable for last-minute cancellations or no-show cases.

5. No Refund Conditions

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • If the service is completed successfully.
  • If the dissatisfaction is due to permanent stains, rust, or old appliance condition that cannot be fully restored.
  • If the issue is related to pre-existing electrical, gas, or hardware problems.
  • If the customer provides incorrect information or fails to cooperate during service.

6. Quality Assurance

We aim to deliver professional service in every booking.
If you face any issue after service:

  • We offer a free re-visit within the warranty period (only for the specific cleaning/service provided).
  • Re-visits do not include repair, spare parts, or unrelated issues.
