2. Booking & Appointments

  • All service bookings must be confirmed via call or message.
  • Time slots may vary based on technician availability.
  • Customers must ensure correct address and contact details are provided.
  • If the customer is unavailable during the scheduled time, the service may be rescheduled.

3. Service Charges & Payments

  • Prices vary based on appliance condition, model, and work required.
  • Any additional parts (filters, motors, glass, knobs, etc.) are chargeable separately.
  • Payment must be made immediately after service completion.

4. Service Warranty

  • Chimney cleaning, hob cleaning, and oven cleaning include service warranty only for the cleaning work performed.
  • Warranty does not cover motor failure, electrical faults, spare parts, or pre-existing issues.
  • Warranty is not applicable if the appliance is misused or physically damaged after service.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide safe access to the appliance and workspace.
  • Ensure gas supply, electricity, and water are available if required.
  • Keep valuable items safely stored before cleaning starts.

6. Limitations of Service

  • We do not guarantee the repair of appliances that are extremely old, damaged, or discontinued.
  • Deep cleaning may not remove burns, permanent stains, or rust marks.
  • Inner motor cleaning is done only when it is safe and possible.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Customers may cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours before the appointment.
  • Last-minute cancellations may result in a visit charge.

8. Liability

  • We take utmost care while servicing, but we are not responsible for minor wear and tear due to handling.
  • We are not liable for pre-existing damages, electrical issues, or internal faults.
  • We are not responsible for appliance malfunction caused by old age or poor installation.

9. Use of Website

  • You agree not to misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access.
